Welcome to NEET FARM’s terms and conditions page. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between NEET FARM and you (referred to hereafter as “You,” “Your,” or “User(s)”). By accessing our website, neetfarm.com (the “Website”), or our app ‘NEET FARM’ (collectively referred to as the “NEET FARM Platform”), you agree to adhere to these Terms.

Please review these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and other policies available on the NEET FARM Platform, as they collectively regulate your usage of the NEET FARM Platform. By utilizing the NEET FARM Platform, including any NEET FARM software, data feeds, or services accessed through it, you indicate your acceptance of (1) these Terms, (2) NEET FARM’s Privacy Policy, and (3) any other periodically updated terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the NEET FARM Platform.

About NEET FARM
The domain name, Website, and Apps are owned, registered, and operated by Neet Farm, located in Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu, India (hereafter referred to as “NEET FARM,” “us,” “we,” or “our”).

NEET FARM Platform

  1. These Terms apply to all Users of the NEET FARM Platform. The Platform includes various aspects such as products, software, and services offered via the Website and Apps, including the NEET FARM online platform.
  2. The NEET FARM Platform may feature links to third-party websites that NEET FARM does not own or control. NEET FARM is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites. By using the NEET FARM Platform, you agree to release NEET FARM from any liability arising from your use of third-party websites or services. However, we recommend reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services or websites before use.
  3. Subject to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and other applicable rules and policies, NEET FARM grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to use the NEET FARM Platform per these Terms.
  4. You acknowledge that NEET FARM reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Platform at any time, including User Content, availability, and the equipment needed for access. NEET FARM may also discontinue distributing certain information or alter transmission methods and speeds. NEET FARM reserves the right to refuse access to the Platform, terminate accounts, or edit content without prior notice.

NEET FARM Accounts
To access certain features of the NEET FARM Platform, you may need to create an account. You agree not to use another User’s account or provide access to your account to others. When creating your account, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. You are solely responsible for activities under your account, and you agree to keep your account password secure. Notify NEET FARM immediately of any security breaches or unauthorized use of your account. NEET FARM is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account; you alone bear responsibility for losses incurred by NEET FARM or others due to such use.

Access, Permissions, and Restrictions
NEET FARM grants you permission to access and use the Platform as outlined in these Terms, provided that:

  1. You do not alter or modify any part of the Platform.
  2. You do not use the Platform for commercial purposes unless you obtain prior written approval from NEET FARM, including:
    • Selling access to the Platform,
    • Selling advertising, sponsorships, or promotions on the Platform or its content,
    • Selling advertising, sponsorships, or promotions on pages or websites that offer similar services to NEET FARM.
  3. You agree to receive and install updates from NEET FARM periodically. These updates, designed to improve and enhance the Platform, may include bug fixes, new features, and new software modules.
  4. You may post reviews, comments, and other content, and send communications or suggestions as long as the content is legal, non-obscene, non-threatening, and does not infringe on privacy, intellectual property rights, or other rights. You grant NEET FARM a limited, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the content you submit in developing the Platform and for marketing or promotional activities.
  5. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Platform.
  6. NEET FARM reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without notice at its sole discretion.

Content Use
The following limitations and conditions apply to your use of the content on the NEET FARM Platform:

  1. The content on the NEET FARM Platform, including trademarks, logos, images, software, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to NEET FARM and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  2. You agree not to bypass, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Platform or features that restrict the use or copying of content.
  3. You acknowledge that while using the Platform, you may encounter content from various sources and Users, and NEET FARM is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights related to such content. You agree to waive any legal or equitable rights or remedies you may have against NEET FARM concerning such content.

Content and Conduct

  1. As a User, you may submit content to the Platform, including videos and comments. You understand that NEET FARM does not guarantee the confidentiality of the content you submit.
  2. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and any consequences of publishing it on the Platform. You affirm that you own or have the necessary rights to publish the content you submit and grant NEET FARM a limited license to use it in connection with the Platform.
  3. You retain ownership rights to your content, but by submitting it to NEET FARM, you grant NEET FARM a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content in connection with the Platform. This license terminates when you request NEET FARM to remove your content, provided that you pay the agreed-upon amount that NEET FARM incurred in providing the Platform to you.
  4. You agree not to submit content that infringes on third-party copyrights or proprietary rights unless you have permission from the rightful owner.
  5. NEET FARM does not endorse any content submitted by Users or other licensors and disclaims all liability for such content. NEET FARM will remove any content that infringes on intellectual property rights if properly notified.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed according to NEET FARM’s refund policy.

Electronic Communication
By using the NEET FARM Platform or communicating with us electronically, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. This includes agreements, notices, and other communications provided to you electronically, which satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.

Termination of Account
NEET FARM may terminate a User’s access to the Platform if:

  1. The User is a repeat copyright infringer,
  2. The User breaches these Terms,
  3. The User violates applicable laws,
  4. The User’s use disrupts business operations or affects others,
  5. The User engages in inappropriate or unlawful behavior.

NEET FARM reserves the right to remove content and terminate accounts without notice if the content violates these Terms.

Effect of Termination
Upon termination of a User’s account:

  1. NEET FARM may withhold or stop any payments owed to the User.
  2. Payments will not be made for work subject to any breach or dispute.
  3. User access will be terminated, and the User will no longer be able to access the account.

Copyright Infringement

  1. NEET FARM follows a clear policy regarding User Content that infringes copyright.
  2. NEET FARM will terminate access to the Platform for repeat infringers.
  3. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, follow the instructions provided in NEET FARM’s copyright policy to make a claim.

Confidentiality
You agree not to disclose any confidential information provided by NEET FARM during your use of the Platform without prior written consent. Confidential Information includes employee details, User lists, business models, processes, and other information not publicly available.

Disclaimer
Your use of the NEET FARM Platform is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEET FARM disclaims all warranties and assumes no liability for errors, personal injury, property damage, unauthorized access to personal information, interruptions, bugs, viruses, or other issues arising from your use of the Platform.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEET FARM, its officers, directors, employees, or agents are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or other legal theories.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold NEET FARM harmless from all liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any rights of others.
